- Provide expert insights on best practices, ensuring marketing automation strategies drive measurable results.
- Work
- functionally with marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure seamless data integration and alignment. - Monitor CRM performance, track key metrics, and generate reports with actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and automation best practices, continuously refining strategies.
Requirements
- +5 years experience in related fields.
- Proven experience in CRM strategy and marketing automation, with expertise in Salesforce, Hub
Spot, and Zoho CRM. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing and sales strategies.
- Experience in customer journey mapping, segmentation, lead scoring, and omnichannel marketing automation.
- Understanding of API integrations, CRM customization, and automation workflows. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Ability to think strategically and
- solve, delivering tailored solutions across diverse industries. - Salesforce certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of advising clients and internal teams on CRM and automation best practices.
- Self-motivated and
- driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a
- paced agency environment. - Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English and Portuguese.
