As a Sr. CTA Sponsor dedicated you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

What you will be doing:

• Partners with the TM and CRA to ensure overall site management and adherence to internal SOPs, policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Supports the local study team in performing site feasibility and/or country feasibility.
• Maintains site level protocol information in Trial Management Systems (e. g. , CTMS).
• Works with investigational site staff to ensure regulatory documents are accurate and complete to expedite approval processes.
• Supports the Trial Manager and Clinical Monitor with current and complete trial documents for IEC/IRB and Health Authority submissions.
• Assists in collecting, maintaining, and tracking all
  - related documents in both electronic and paper formats.
• Distributes, reviews, and tracks regulatory documents, agreements, and training records.
• Tracks Financial Disclosure information at appropriate time points.
• Contributes to process improvements and may serve as a coach or mentor to less experienced CTA staff.

You are:

• Preferably 2+ years of relevant clinical trial experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Power
  Point).
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently within a matrix environment.
