Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all orders are placed & validated accurately within the order
- off time. - Manage order processing, customer contact, liaising with 3PLs and market functions, and maintaining customer master data.
- Maintain and review EDI orders, customer portals, and catalogues.
- Create backorder and delivery notification reports.
- Manage email inbox, respond promptly to queries and requests.
- Conduct daily order checks to prevent delays.
- Respond to customer calls, ensuring queries are efficiently addressed.
- Support performance measurement through KPIs and objectives.
Skills & Experience:
- Sense of urgency in completing work accurately and promptly.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills;
ability to build relationships across organizational levels. - Ability to meet deadlines and complete audit reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and SAP (Sales and Distribution modules).
- Knowledge of internal/external processes for troubleshooting.
Qualifications/Education:
- Proven experience in customer service and order entry.
- Data analysis skills and ability to translate tasks into action plans.
- Experience with SAP/ESKER (preferred).
- Experience in healthcare environment preferred.
- Motivational skills and teamwork ability.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
Languages:
- Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, both spoken and written.
