You will be part of a global Commercial IT team working with colleagues in Sydney, Lisbon, Parsippany, and Copenhagen. As we expand our digital and AI capabilities, we seek a dynamic individual with a strong focus on Customer Experience to help shape the future of digital healthcare engagement.

You’ll be at the intersection of technology and customer experience, collaborating with
- functional teams and stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize HCP and Patient-centric digital solutions. This role offers the opportunity to lead meaningful projects, improve processes, and enhance customer insights globally in a
- paced, innovative environment.

Your day at Ferring

• Act as a strategic bridge between our global IT team and commercial business leaders.
• Lead business analysis activities, facilitate workshops, and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure our digital tools deliver value.
• Design
  - centric digital solutions that are compliant, efficient, and
  - driven.
• Provide expert insights to technical teams to create seamless, impactful digital experiences.
• Train and empower
  - users on new marketing technologies and create
  - friendly documentation.
• Map and optimize business processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and better outcomes.

Behind our innovation…There’s you

• A degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in IT and business roles, preferably within the Life Sciences commercial domain.
• Deep understanding of digital customer engagement and marketing technologies.
• Proven ability to lead business analysis activities and manage complex projects globally.
• Experience with transformation programs and business process optimization.
• Previous experience with Digital Customer Experience projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, web portals, and digital applications.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Power BI and web analytics.
• Strong understanding of GDPR, consent management, and regulatory frameworks.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
