Senior Customer Service Manager
Responsibilities:
- Conduct real estate investment research for international clients
- Select appropriate investment options based on client feedback
- Provide client consulting through calls and video conferences
- Perform market analysis and develop business cases
- Draft and finalize research reports for clients
- Analyze market information for clients
- Identify key areas of concern and areas for improvement in client interaction and service
- Discuss findings with other researchers and team members
Requirements:
- A minimum of a master's degree
- At least three years of experience as a researcher or in customer service
- Excellent writing and organizational skills; fluency in English is mandatory, knowledge of German or French is advantageous
- Thorough knowledge of research procedures and best practices
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to conduct research independently
- Knowledge of research and experimental techniques for gathering qualitative and quantitative data
- Experience in the real estate market
