Role Overview:
The senior customer success manager will serve as a trusted & strategic advisor to key executive stakeholders within their assigned portfolio of accounts. Responsibilities include customer onboarding, increasing user acquisition and engagement, ensuring retention, and uncovering and closing upsell opportunities. The goal is to improve customer satisfaction by understanding their business needs, setting actionable next steps, influencing product value, and growing annual recurring revenue.

Your responsibilities include:
- Serve as the
- sale face of Pipedrive for strategic accounts, onboarding customers and creating success plans. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure
- term retention. - Drive product usage and adoption to ensure customer health and value realization.
- Identify upsell opportunities to increase expansion revenue.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
- Tailor communication to various stakeholders.
- Act as an escalation point during security incidents.
- Advocate for customer needs internally to address market and pain points.
- Continuously learn about diverse industries to advise customers effectively.
- Conduct customer calls via
- based video software to foster relationships.
Ideal candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management/Customer Success in tech.
- Ability to manage priorities in a
- paced environment. - Strong skills in handling escalations and product knowledge.
- Effective collaboration with
- functional teams. - Excellent active listening and communication skills.
- Ability to learn new systems and industry platforms.
- Passion for continuous learning and development.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience with CRM and CSM systems (e. g. , Gainsight) is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree and CSM certification are a plus.
