About the role
We seek a highly skilled Cyber Security Engineer to join our elite cyber security team. You will be part of a renowned logistics company’s cyber operation, making a significant impact. The ideal candidate has
- on experience with Trend Micro solutions such as Deep Security, Apex One, Cloud One, and XDR, managing various security tools to protect our IT/OT/Io
T environments from threats.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage security tools and capabilities as part of the Frontline Ops (Cyber Protect), based on risk assessments.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Trend Micro products including Apex One, Deep Security, Cloud One, and Vision One/XDR.
- Document processes related to cybersecurity tooling.
- Support integration and implementation of security controls for global IT platforms, ensuring compliance with business, regulatory, and security policies.
- Maintain endpoint security capabilities and support procedures.
- Stay informed about emerging threats, risks, and security innovations.
- Investigate incidents and provide solutions using security tools.
- Optimize security policies across endpoint, network, server, and cloud environments to reduce false positives and enhance detection.
- Engage with stakeholders to reduce attack surfaces.
- Create documentation, dashboards, and reports on security posture, trends, and compliance.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for security issues.
- Participate in security audits, incident response, and reviews.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience with Trend Micro products (Apex One, Deep Security, Cloud One, Vision One/XDR).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts like malware analysis, intrusion detection, and incident response.
- Experience with endpoint, server, and cloud workload security.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of networking, firewalls, and security protocols.
- Excellent troubleshooting and
- solving skills. - Effective communication skills for technical and
- technical audiences. - Knowledge of securing operational technology and industrial control systems.
- Willingness to support various cybersecurity tools.
- Security certifications (e. g. , Security+, CISSP, CEH).
- Scripting skills (Power
Shell, Python). - Trend Micro Certified Professional (e. g. , TMCP).
