What we are looking for

Hard skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field; 5 years equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in cybersecurity or information security
• Comprehensive understanding of complex security protocols and standards.
• Extensive experience with advanced security solutions, including
  - gen firewalls and SIEM systems.
• Proven ability to lead risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
• Deep expertise in network architecture and advanced encryption techniques.
• Ability to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive security policies and frameworks.
• Expertise in applying advanced cybersecurity frameworks and EU Cybersecurity Regulation.
• Leadership in ensuring compliance with GDPR, EUDPR, and conducting complex Data Processing Impact Assessments.
• Leadership in managing
  - scale security incidents and developing robust incident response plans.
• Profic
  IENT in conducting
  - level security audits and providing strategic recommendations for improvement.
• Exceptional communication skills for leading stakeholder engagement and presenting complex security issues to executive management.
