Job Title: Senior D365 FO HR Consultant – Porto (Portuguese Citizen)

Introduction:

An excellent opportunity has arisen with a leading organisation in Porto for an experienced ERP consultant to specialise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) within the Human Resources module. This role offers the chance to join a
- thinking team delivering
- edge HR solutions across national and international projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of D365 FO HR implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Translate business needs into effective D365 FO HR solutions and processes.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Provide expert advice on HR functionalities within D365 FO, ensuring best practices are applied.
Support clients with process improvements, system upgrades, and ongoing enhancements.
Deliver training sessions to
- users and support change management activities.

Candidate Requirements:

Portuguese citizenship is essential.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Strong experience within ERP consulting (D365 FO preferred, but candidates from other ERP backgrounds – SAP, Oracle, Infor, Sage, etc. – will be considered if willing to
- train).
A good understanding of Human Resources processes and business requirements.
Proven ability to deliver
- cycle ERP or HRIS implementations.
Strong
- facing and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative project team.
Desire and commitment to specialise in D365 FO moving forward.
