Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or BI roles, with strong exposure to data operations, governance, or enablement
• Proven adoption of a
  - driven perspective applied to Data analytics
• Experience with SQL, dimensional data modeling, and ETL/data pipeline development
• Proficiency in BI and visualization tools (Power BI preferred), with understanding of data visualization governance and scalability
• Hands-on experience with data and analytics platforms (e. g. , Snowflake, Azure, Databricks, or similar)
• Experience contributing to or leading the implementation of metrics frameworks (e. g. , V2MOM, OKRs, KPI-based models)
• Solid understanding of Data
  Ops and Analytics
  Ops principles, and how to apply them to
  - world analytics delivery
• Demonstrated ability to define, implement, and enforce analytics governance standards across multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business and operational needs into sustainable technical solutions
• A resilient, persistent, and motivated attitude - able to lead by example and influence through credibility and consistency
• Experience managing by influence across data teams, fostering alignment and shared accountability
• Good in English, written and spoken

• Plus: Experience implementing Data
  Ops, Analytics
  Ops and MLOps practices in real environments
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks, cataloging, or metadata management
• Proven contribution to Self-Service Analytics or Data Enablement initiatives
• Familiarity with metrics frameworks (e. g. , OKRs, KPI models, V2MOM)
• Hands-on experience with Python or scripting for automation and data quality monitoring
