What we’re looking for

Design and deliver
-
-
- art Data & Analytics solutions, to support business decisions.

Identify and analyze patterns in data, communicate insights and trends.

Develop sophisticated descriptive and predictive analytical models.

Responsibilities

Design, develop & deploy advanced analytical solutions, to facilitate
- driven decision making.

Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders, to ensure a deep understanding of business needs and delivery of relevant and effective solutions.

Facilitate a clear definition of business metrics and KPIs.

Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to define and build reliable data products and pipelines.

Communicate insights effectively, via interactive and
- friendly BI dashboards and reports.

Establish
- practices to ensure highest data quality and reliability standards; establish quality control mechanisms and contribute to enhancing stakeholders’ trust in data and insights.

Proactively identify, resolve and optimize performance and user experience issues.

Lead, mentor, train and support junior colleagues and business
- users.

Maintain effective and
-
- date documentation and training / onboarding materials.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as Business / Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer or similar.

Proven
- on experience with delivering exceptional data products and analytics solutions.

Proven ability to present and communicate meaningful insights and recommendations.

Expert level proficiency with SQL and Power
BI – a must.

Familiarity with Python – an advantage.

Familiarity with
- commerce,
- chain management - an advantage.

Self-learner,
- solver,
- tasker and a
- player.

Fluent in English, both in verbal and written form (C1 level or equivalent).

Background in a STEM degree, relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
