Key Responsibilities

• Analysis & Insight Generation: Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple systems (ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, etc. ).
• Design and deliver dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business
  - making.
• Perform advanced analysis (segmentation, forecasting, statistical modeling) to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.

• Collaboration & Business Partnering: Work closely with Product Managers, Business Leaders, and Data Engineers to ensure data needs are captured and delivered.
• Act as a business partner, presenting insights in a way that is accessible to
  - technical stakeholders.

• Data Quality & Governance: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of datasets used for reporting and analysis.
• Contribute to the development of data standards, governance, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data models and pipelines.

Required Skills

• Technical: Proficiency in Power BI (dashboards, data modeling).
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying large datasets.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure Data Platform (Data Lake, Synapse, Databricks) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of statistics and data analysis methods.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.

• Functional & Soft Skills: Ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Curiosity and
  - solving mindset with a
  - driven approach.
• Fluent English, French is a plus.

Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in an international environment.
• Proven ability to design dashboards and deliver insights for executive and operational teams.
• Experience in working with
  - functional and multicultural teams.
• Strong interest in new technologies and
  - driven
  - making.
• Mastery of generative AI is a plus for improving
  -
  - day productivity.
