Job Description

- growing organization. Positioned at the heart of our evolution, our Data and AI team is pivotal in driving both team and organizational growth. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence solutions, transforming raw data into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with key stakeholders including Financial Partners, Heads of Business, and Product Managers to deliver impactful analytics solutions and mentor junior team members.
Your missions
- Lead data extraction, cleaning, and validation from internal information systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across General Services operations, and proactively addressing inconsistencies
- Design, deploy, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights
- Collaborate with teams to define key metrics and generate
- hoc reports for strategic decisions, cost optimization, and performance tracking - Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for
- driven improvements and support automation initiatives for department efficiency - Contribute to implementing best practices for data management and reporting
- Act as a liaison between Governance and IT/Data teams, training team members on data tools (e. g. , Power BI) to promote self‑service analytics
- Provide leadership with insights for strategy planning and project evaluation
- Mentor and support junior analysts within the team
Your profile
- Academic background: Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Experience: At least 3 years in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role, with demonstrated leadership or mentoring responsibilities
- English language: Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tools / software: Proficiency with Power BI Desktop (DAX, M Query, Row Level Security) and Power BI Service (Security management, App Settings); strong knowledge of data management and SQL for database queries
- AI/Open
AI experience: Mastering generative AI such as Chat
GPT for improving day‑to‑day productivity - Soft skills: Ability to work cross‑functionally, manage multiple projects effectively, and knowledge of procurement, office management, or fleet processes
