Responsibilities

• The Data Analyst will work on a new product (UMD) of a global project focused on the evolution of
  - party data ecosystems, aiming to streamline the integration of new data and technologies such as data virtualization, APIs, etc. , enhancing data accessibility and
  - time availability across systems.
• UMD's goal is to build and deploy a matching solution with live capabilities, providing matching as a service with unique identification for all third parties, facilitating
  - selling, and ensuring reliable
  - level reports.
• The Data Analyst will be responsible for data quality,
  - up, building indicators, and defining/remediating actions, including potential architecture changes or new external data sources.
• Deep knowledge of banking activities & data (Referentials), quality management, and indicator development is required.
• The project's aim is to ensure high data quality and consistency across various referential data sources, reducing discrepancies in reporting and closing figures through deep analysis and process/technology transformation to streamline workflows and improve
  - making.

Main Activities

• Create dashboards and visualizations supporting BNP Paribas' internal/external clients in revenue, efficiency, production, and risk management.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their operational and strategic needs.
• Develop descriptive, predictive, and quantitative analyses to support
  - making.
• Manage client relationships and monitor data analysis activities.
• Mentor junior team members as needed.
• Promote a
  - driven culture within BNP Paribas.
• Provide performance and activity updates to stakeholders.

Profile and Skills

• Educational background in IT, Computer Science, or Business Management.
• Over 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Experience in Referential data management is desirable.
• Strong analytical,
  - solving, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail, rigor, and accuracy.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a
  - paced environment.
• Team player with
  - tasking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (minimum B2); French is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, Tableau, and database management.
• Knowledge of financial data is desirable.
