Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Senior-level expertise in understanding complex IT infrastructures within large enterprise environments
• Strong experience with SQL Server at a senior level
• Mid-level experience in data quality and continuous improvement processes
• Basic knowledge or
  - level experience with Service
  Now CMDB
• Familiarity with ITIL processes at a
  - level
• Understanding of ETL process architecture at a
  - level
