Responsibilities

• Support development of a monitoring and observability layer across operational systems.
• Translate business requirements into KPIs and monitoring structures.
• Generate reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI.
• Utilize query languages (SQL) and data manipulation in environments such as Azure and Databricks.
• Apply observability and monitoring concepts with tools like Zabbix and Dynatrace.
• Work with data architectures, systems integration, and traceability.
• Facilitate workshops and align technical and business teams.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience in similar roles.
• Proven expertise in data analysis, visualization, and monitoring frameworks.
• Skills in Power BI and SQL.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (preferably Azure/Databricks).
• Knowledge of system observability and monitoring tools.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, and adaptability.
• Proficiency in English.
