We are hiring a
Senior Data Analyst to join our Team in Lisbon

The role should be based at the office in the Carnaxide area (up to 8 days per month remotely), the first month is fully
- site.

Key responsibilities:

Power BI Development

• Develop and design interactive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations in Power BI, intended for both desktop and mobile.
• Apply optimized DAX measures and data modeling techniques for performance.
• Create automated refresh schedules and manage data gateways.

Analysis & Insights

• Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and performance metrics.
• Translate findings from data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
• Provide scenario analysis and forecasting as necessary.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and KPIs.
• Present results in clear, concise, and actionable format to technical and
  - technical stakeholders.
• Handle
  - hoc requests for reports and give timely delivery.

Support Data Engineering

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and data engineers, translating reporting requirements into clearly defined, actionable technical specifications.
• Strive to schedule data engineering activities in alignment with business priorities, providing datasets, pipelines, and models by the schedule needed for analytics.
• Define acceptance criteria, verify deliverables, and return feedback to ensure solutions meet technical specifications and business requirements.
• Have a project road map of data work, juggling reporting needs in the short term with data infrastructure development in the longer term.
• Good knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum and/or Kanban).

Preferred Skills for the role:

Core Tools & Technologies

• Power BI
  - level skills (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, report design).
• Performance tuning knowledge in Power BI.
• Proficient SQL querying of relational databases.
• Familiarity with
  - based data sources (e. g. , Azure, AWS, Google Big
  Query).
• Working experience with Copilot for Power
  BI is a plus.

Data Management & Modeling

• Knowled
  ge of star and snowflake schemas.
• Understanding
  of ETL processes.

Analytics & Reporting

• Expertise with KPI definition, trend analysis, and business performance measurement.

Other Tools

• Version control and CI tools expertise (Git and pipelines) is a plus.
• Experience with R or Python for advanced analytics is an asset.
