About The Job

Create
- facing dashboards and
- impact data visualizations and analyses with complex data structures to support BNP Paribas Internal or External clients in achieving their objectives related to revenue generation, efficiency, production levels, and risk management.

Your Main Activities Are

• Collaborate with internal/external clients to understand their operational and strategic needs.
• Create descriptive, predictive, and quantitative analyses addressing key business priorities and supporting stakeholder
  - making.
• Actively manage clients.
• Support and monitor the activities of data analysis, reporting, and data mining.
• Coach junior team members as necessary.
• Contribute to fostering a
  - driven culture within BNP Paribas.
• Provide visibility on BNP Paribas's performance and activities to stakeholders.

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or similar fields.
• Advanced fluency in English, both oral and written.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, operational risk, or compliance activities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Proficiency in Power BI and SQL.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking skills.
