Our aim is to help and inspire small and

- sized enterprises (SMEs) to succeed in their communications by transforming how they develop and implement marketing strategies.

Role:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex data pipelines and ETL processes
• Lead the development of advanced data transformation solutions using Python
• Implement and optimize data models focusing on star schema architecture
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Data Engineers
• Contribute directly to project delivery, including coding and implementation

Hard Skills:

• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python
• Experience with data modeling techniques, especially star schema design
• Proven ability to create and maintain complex data pipelines
• Working knowledge of CI/CD processes for data applications
• Fluency in English (preferred)

About you:

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 2+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics projects
• Strong technical leadership skills with experience managing engineering teams
• Exceptional
  - solving abilities, especially with intensive applications
• A balance of strategic thinking and implementation capability
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving data challenges
• Experience working with agile methodologies
