Job Description

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will work closely with data analysts and cooperate with IT in designing, building, and maintaining our data infrastructure, but also act as a consultant by translating business needs into overarching integration requirements.

In your new role, you will:

1. Be the main point of contact on Communications & Public Policy end for data integration matters
2. Create and enhance data pipelines, implementing automated jobs for ingestion, processing, and storage of data
3. Design and deploy scalable data systems to support the implementation of BI solutions enabling
   - driven
   - making
4. Translate business needs into requirements, developing models & architecture to meet those needs in collaboration with data analysts
5. Provide an overview of our data landscape to team members and external stakeholders, consulting on data availability and accessibility
6. Act as a gatekeeper for data quality, security, and compliance, implementing data governance policies and procedures
7. Regularly scout trends to ensure our data infrastructure remains
   -
   - date, efficient, and aligned with needs
8. Support Communications & Public Policy and the business in making better, faster,
   - based decisions, furthering our digital transformation

Your Profile

You are proactive,
- oriented, and have a structured,
- driven working style. Your strong communication skills help you build and leverage relations with stakeholders to achieve project goals. Additionally, you possess strong analytical thinking and
- solving skills, capable of providing direction to various counterparts.

You are best suited if you have:

1. A University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2. At least 3 years of data engineering experience within a global organization, preferably related to Communications & Public Policy topics
3. Strong knowledge of data integration, data modeling, and data architecture principles
4. Experience in designing and building
   - scale data systems
5. Basic scripting skills and familiarity with BI software
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
7. Fluency in English
