Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and infrastructure to help our rapid business growth.
• Collaborate closely with product, analytics, and other teams to deliver
  - driven solutions that power our product roadmap and enhance customer experiences.
• Take ownership of the data infrastructure, driving best practices and ensuring data reliability and performance.
• Democratize data access by building scalable and secure data delivery mechanisms.
• Ensure data pipeline reliability through robust monitoring, alerting, and CI/CD practices.
• Stay
  -
  - date with the latest advancements in data engineering, evaluating new technologies and frameworks to enhance our data capabilities.
• Actively participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and
  - making processes.
• Effectively align stakeholder expectations and communicate technical concepts clearly.

What makes you a great fit

• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining
  -
  - end data pipelines and infrastructure on AWS.
• Strong experience in Python, SQL, and data engineering tools (DMS, Airflow, dbt), with experience in building
  - driven architectures.
• Solid understanding of Dev
  Ops practices, including Terraform and CI/CD as well as data warehouse management (monitoring, performance optimization, etc. ).
• Experience with data quality and governance practices.
• Excellent communication and with a proven aptitude to build strong working relationships with colleagues.
• Strong strategic thinking and a
  - oriented mindset.
• Thrive in an exciting, vibrant environment, with a drive for continuous learning and adaptability to evolving problems. Proactive
  - starter with a strong sense of ownership.
• Fluent in English and optionally German.
