We are currently seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join one of our strategic projects within the pharmaceutical sector .

Location: Lisbon (90% Remote and 10% Presential)

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reusable data pipelines and data integration workflows
• Work with Databricks , Py
  Spark , and Azure Data Factory to manage data flow and transformations
• Gather and refine requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into data engineering solutions
• Optimize data models and data warehouse architectures
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across the platform
• Monitor, troubleshoot , and enhance existing data systems and pipelines
• Provide technical documentation and support to other teams
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional experience in IT or
  - related roles
• Proven expertise with Databricks, Py
  Spark, and Azure Data Factory
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and APIs
• Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling best practices
