Overview

Senior Data Scientist – Causal Inference & Measurement (m/f/d) will design and build tools to measure the impact of pricing strategies using causal methods. You will apply techniques like A/B testing,

- differences, and double machine learning to support business decisions. You will create and improve experiments to test pricing and marketing strategies in a structured way. You will develop and maintain tools that help estimate causal effects and work well in production systems. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to turn ideas into working solutions. You will stay up to date with research in causal inference and help guide and support less experienced team members.

Qualifications

• You have several years of experience in data science, especially working with causal inference and pricing or marketing data.
• You have used causal methods to measure the effects of pricing strategies and revenue systems.
• You are skilled in statistical analysis and familiar with methods like double machine learning, causal graphs, and propensity score matching.
• You understand how to use tools like instrumental variables and synthetic controls to estimate effects in
  - world data.
• You have applied

  - differences and regression discontinuity designs to measure changes over time.
• You can explain technical ideas clearly and work well with others to turn analysis into action.
