We are now looking for a Senior Data Scientist & AI to join our team in Lisbon (2x in the office per week)

Are you the one?

• 6+ years of experience in Data and AI-related projects.
• Solid experience in the development of AI systems, including data pipelines, machine learning models, and MLOps practices.
• Proven experience in managing data/AI projects or initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to structure requirements and focus on results.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, Data Governance, or regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and synthesis skills, including preparation of
  - level materials and facilitation of sessions, forums, or communities.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams (POs, Tech Leads, Data Scientists, business stakeholders) and managing priorities in complex environments.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (oral and written).
