We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist ready to take on new challenges with our Closer team! ?

? Hybrid model in Lisbon - For this position, you must have residency and a work permit in Portugal.

Are you the one?

• 4+ years of professional experience in machine learning, NLP, or conversational AI development.
• Extensive
  - on experience working with large language models such as GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, LLa
  MA, or similar.
• Strong expertise in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and adapting LLMs for conversational and
  - oriented use cases.
• Proficiency with major ML frameworks (Py
  Torch, Tensor
  Flow) and experience with LLM APIs (Open
  AI, Anthropic, etc. ).
• Strong background in speech technologies, including ASR (speech recognition) and TTS (text-to-speech), is highly desirable.
• Proven track record optimizing ML models for production environments, including latency reduction, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph
  D) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, NLP, or a related field.
• Autonomy and proactivity;
• English and Portuguese Fluency (C1/C2).
