We're looking for an AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team at Boost IT. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing machine learning solutions, helping to drive forward complex AI initiatives across different industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced AI and machine learning models, including natural language processing solutions.
• Build, deploy, and maintain scalable APIs (RESTful, asynchronous, etc. ) for AI solutions.
• Handle large datasets and perform data processing, semantic analysis, and representation.
• Collaborate
  - functionally to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
• Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies (e. g. , LLMs, Google Models, Deep
  L).
• Work with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization tools (e. g. , Docker).
• Contribute to
  - ready code and maintain clean, maintainable software practices.

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience as an engineer (5+ if highest education is a bachelor’s degree).
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML techniques: NLP, classification, clustering, optimization, deep neural networks.
• Solid grasp of the mathematical principles behind AI models.
• Experience in Python (OOP). Additional programming languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with data structures, semantic extraction, and NLP.
• Proficiency with tools/libraries like Scikit-learn, Sci
  Py, Py
  Torch, Keras, etc.
• Experience with Docker and at least one cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Knowledge of LLMs and their applications.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with machine translation technologies (e. g. , Google Models, Deep
  L).
• Experience deploying serverless cloud solutions.
• Frontend development knowledge.
• Deep Linux system knowledge and administration.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices.
• Prior experience in technology consultancy environments.
