We seek a Senior Data Science - willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a hybrid model (Lisboa**).

Are you the one?

• Proven experience in AI system development (data pipelines, ML models, MLOps).
• Background in project management or data/AI initiatives .
• Strong skills in requirements analysis, structuring, and delivering results .
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, Data Governance, or tech regulation —experience in regulated environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication and synthesis abilities , including preparing executive materials (QBRs, reports, presentations).
• Experience facilitating sessions, communities, or forums as a differentiator.
• Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary environment (POs, Tech Leads, Data Scientists, business stakeholders).
• Supporting Iberian Data & AI initiatives , including reporting, action plans, and management materials.
• Translating business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Assisting in planning and delivery alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
• Leading the implementation and monitoring of Responsible AI practices , in collaboration with regulation and tech teams.
• Working with AI development teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and Responsible AI guidelines .
• Experience with complex analytical models (combinatorial models, deep learning on structured and unstructured data).
• Proficiency in coding (R, Python) and/or advanced cloud Paa
  S services (preferably Azure) .
• Strong knowledge of advanced AI/ML libraries (Tensor
  Flow, Keras, Caffe, Py
  Torch).
• Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is highly valued.
