Workster is partnering with a global leader in mobility solutions to find a skilled Senior Data Scientist – Operations Research to join their team.

- edge techniques like price elasticity modeling , bid price optimization , and advanced machine learning to optimize pricing decisions for millions of customers worldwide.

Your work will directly drive revenue management processes and enhance the customer experience in one of the most innovative mobility companies in Europe.

Your Role

Revenue Management & Price Optimization: Design, develop, and deploy advanced revenue management systems focusing on dynamic pricing and bid price optimization.

Operations Research Modeling: Formulate and solve complex optimization problems (linear, nonlinear, dynamic, stochastic) to maximize revenue and support key
- making.

Demand Forecasting & WTP: Create forecasting models using time series and ML to capture customer demand and

Algorithm & Tool Development: Build and maintain scalable algorithms that integrate with production systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and developers to deploy

- end analytical solutions.

Thought Leadership: Stay current on the latest research in OR and ML, mentoring junior colleagues.

Your Qualifications

5+ years in data science / operations research , ideally within car rental, airlines, or travel sectors.

Proven experience in revenue management and pricing optimization systems.

Strong skills in optimization, mathematical modeling, and solvers (linear, nonlinear, integer programming).

Proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, and deployment (Git experience preferred).

Hands-on experience with demand forecasting, time series, and regression models.

Master’s (or higher) in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Statistics , or a related field.

Experience designing or implementing bid price models in
- scale RM systems (preferred).
