Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement machine learning models to extract insights from large data sets
2. Collaborate with business leaders to understand data needs and develop solutions
3. Mentor junior data scientists and support their career development
4. Stay updated on data science trends and recommend innovative approaches
5. Communicate findings to
   - technical stakeholders
6. Ensure data quality and model accuracy
7. Contribute to data science infrastructure and tools development

Minimum requirements:

• Experience with data visualization tools (Qlik Sense, Power
  BI, Tableau, etc. )
• At least 5 years as a data scientist or similar role
• Experience leading teams and programming in Python, R, or Scala
• Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)
• Self-management and
  - solving skills
• Knowledge of data management (ETL) and Snowflake is a plus
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Fluency in English
• EU citizenship or Portuguese work authorization
• Availability to work in the office once a week
