JNC are working with a growing international organisation in Lisbon that are looking for a talented Postgre
SQL Database Administrator to join the team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in helping the organisation migrate from Oracle to Postgre
SQL.

The ideal DBA will have hands on experience with various DBA tools like Postgre
SQL, SQLplus, pg
Admin and pg
Back
Rest.

To be considered for the role you need to be fluent in Portuguese and English (Written and Verbal).

Key Skills:

• Some Oracle 19 experience to help with the migration.
• Hands on Postgre
  SQL administration and migration experience
• Experience with Postgre
  SQL streaming replication
• Experience with Database backup, restore and recovery. (Postgre
  SQL)
• Experience with performance tuning with Postgre
  SQL
• Strong documentation skills.
• Exposure to backup procedures and recovery systems for Oracle and Postgre
  SQL.
• Scripting experience with shell.
