As Senior Databricks Data Engineer, you will design and optimize data processing algorithms on a talented,

What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines using the Databricks Lakehouse Platform, focusing on Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog.
- Lead development of batch and streaming data workflows supporting analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence.
- Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and stakeholders to translate data requirements into robust solutions.
- Optimize performance and
- efficiency of Databricks clusters and jobs using tools like Photon, Auto Loader, and Job Workflows. - Establish and enforce best practices for data quality, governance, and security within Databricks.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team’s Databricks expertise development.
What You’ll Bring
- Hands-on experience with Databricks on Azure, AWS, or GCP, including Spark (Py
Spark/Scala), Delta Lake, and MLflow. - Strong programming skills in Python or Scala, with experience in CI/CD pipelines (e. g. , Git
Hub Actions, Azure Dev
Ops). - Understanding of distributed computing, data modeling, and performance tuning in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with orchestration tools (e. g. , Databricks Workflows, Airflow) and

- code (e. g. , Terraform). - A proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building scalable, reliable data systems.
- Professional English communication skills.
