Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client teams to understand test data requirements from DB2 systems.
• Extract, transform, and mask data using DB2 tools and SQL.
• Learn and support IBM Optim usage for test data creation (training provided).
• Troubleshoot and optimize DB2 data extraction scripts and performance.
• Document procedures and maintain data management best practices.

Skills

• Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Solid experience with IBM DB2 (z/OS or LUW), including SQL, performance tuning, and data extraction.
• Understanding of data privacy and masking principles.
• Experience working in enterprise environments with structured data.
• Exposure to IBM Optim (Data Privacy, Test Data Management modules) is a plus.
• Scripting knowledge (e. g. , Shell, Python) is a plus.
• Experience in test data management or QA environments is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
