The DBA will oversee the overall health and performance of the DB2 databases. Key responsibilities include:

• Administer and maintain DB2 databases to ensure optimal performance and security.


• Implement and manage advanced features such as compression and partitioning.


• Oversee XML data management and ensure data integrity.


• Utilize Service
  Now for effective incident and change management.


• Develop scripts for the automation of database maintenance tasks.


• Monitor database performance and conduct regular health checks.

• Strong experience with DB2 database administration.
