Fi and Trad
Fi, combining deep strategy, smart infrastructure, and rigorous risk modeling.

They're currently searching for a senior
- oriented engineer with a strong foundation in Python and a passion for crypto, finance, and De
Fi.

Responsbilities:

• Design, build, and iterate on MVPs for De
  Fi strategy and risk products.
• Model and test leveraged yield, lending, and LP strategies across protocols.
• Analyze and monitor strategy performance using
  - time and historical data.
• Develop tools to support automated strategy evaluation and risk modeling.
• Collaborate with product and strategy leads to rapidly bring ideas to life.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Python (backend or
  - heavy environments).
• 2+ years of
  - on experience in De
  Fi, working with real strategies/products.
• Deep understanding of De
  Fi market mechanics — AMMs, order books, and protocols.
• Experience with Mongo
  DB or similar No
  SQL databases.
• Excellent communication and independent
  - solving skills.
• Able to commute to Lisbon 2 days per week.

Nice to Haves:

• Familiarity with Solidity — can read/test/interact with contracts.
• Experience building or contributing to De
  Fi strategy engines or risk tools.
• Background in quantitative finance, data science, or mathematics.
• Experience with Web3 SDKs and blockchain infrastructure (The Graph, Infura, Alchemy).

Benefits:

- €80K - €100K base salary.
