We are looking for a Senior Growth Design Manager who is both a
- on designer and strategic leader. This role focuses on creating
- performing experiences that drive client and member acquisition across channels such as email, website, landing pages, and onboarding flows. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing

- class experiences while managing and mentoring a team. This role requires expertise in brand visuals and product design, ensuring every touchpoint is visually compelling and
- driven. Additionally, you will ensure design consistency across multiple platforms and touchpoints.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and drive design initiatives that optimize acquisition and conversion across key touchpoints;
- Design and iterate on
- impact growth experiences, including campaigns, client emails, landing pages, and onboarding flows; - Balance strong brand storytelling with
- driven design principles to maximize performance; - Ensure consistency across multiple platforms and touchpoints, working closely with product and engineering teams;
- Leverage data, A/B testing, and insights to refine user journeys;
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, ensuring
- quality execution and growth; - Share insights, assets, and learnings across the Growth design team;
- Partner with marketing, product, engineering, and data teams to align design efforts with business goals;
- Advocate for
- centered design while balancing growth and performance; - Develop a design experimentation framework to test and validate decisions;
- Analyze user behavior, conversion rates, and engagement metrics for iterative improvements;
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in growth and performance design.
What you need to have:
- 7+ years of experience in design, including at least 3+ years in growth, marketing, or performance design roles;
- Strong leadership skills to mentor and inspire a team;
- Proven success in executing
- performing design solutions for acquisition and retention; - Deep expertise in brand visual and product design, balancing aesthetics with business impact;
- Experience designing across multiple growth channels, such as email, social, paid media, websites, and onboarding flows;
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools;
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, CRO, and user analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc. );
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for
- functional work.

Salary range: €56, 654 - €82, 577 annually, including base, variable, and equity components. Compensation is adjustable based on skills and impact. Benefits include various perks and growth opportunities.
