Job Description:

From Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training consultancy specializing in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, and FMCG, we are managing for one of our clients, a Fashion Brand, the position of Senior Designer at their offices in Porto.

Our consultancy collaborates with various firms across Europe in the Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors, with offices in Ámsterdam, Barcelona, Berlín, Braga, Londres, Madrid, Milán, París, and Zúrich.

The Stylist/Designer will be responsible for developing styles, creating sketches, designing collections based on trend analysis, and participating in the technical development of products.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the styling department's current needs, including:

• Preparation of technical sheets and descriptions of fashion products;

• Creation of technical drawings, monitoring prototypes and samples;

• Daily communication with suppliers to oversee production;

• Trend research regarding fashion products;

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design/Fashion
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion
• Proven sourcing and execution skills
• Ability to analyze problems and make decisions
