The Senior Developer is a key technical leader responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining advanced web applications. This role oversees both
- end and
- end development, drives best practices across the team, and mentors the Developer. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience leading
- functional projects, and excellent communication skills—including Spanish proficiency, which is desirable due to our operations in South America.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the software development lifecycle from design to deployment.

Mentor and guide the Developer and other team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and
- quality code.

Web Application Development:

Building & Testing: Design, develop, and test web applications, covering both the
- end and
- end processes.

Back-End: Develop
- side applications using C# and Node. js; experience with frameworks like ASP. NET Core and Express. js is required. Familiarity with Python, Java, Ruby, or PHP (and frameworks such as Django, Flask, Spring, or Ruby on Rails) is desirable.

Database & Dev
Ops Management:

Database: Design and manage databases, primarily with SQL Server; experience with My
SQL, Postgre
SQL, Mongo
DB, or Redis is beneficial.

Dev
Ops: Oversee deployment and continuous integration processes using Azure Dev
Ops, with desirable knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or Jenkins.

Work closely with designers, other developers, and stakeholders to deliver a cohesive product.

Maintain clear documentation and provide technical reports.

Communicate effectively with both local and group IT management, ensuring project alignment and progress.

Spanish speaking and written communication skills are desirable.

Quality Assurance & Security:

Perform thorough code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards.

Implement and monitor security practices including authentication, authorization, and web security measures.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in software development with proven leadership and project management skills.

Expertise in
- end development using C# and Node. js, with
- on experience in ASP. NET Core and Express. js.

Solid experience with SQL Server; knowledge of additional database systems is an advantage.

Proficient in using Azure Dev
Ops; experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Jenkins is a plus.

Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Git
Hub/Bitbucket, Azure Repos) and API development (RESTful and Graph
QL).

Excellent
- solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Spanish language skills (speaking and writing) are desirable.
