About The Team

You’ll join the IT COE – Dev
Ops Team inside Risk Systems, supporting seven tribes across the MCL cluster with enterprise‑level Dev
Ops solutions. The team operates within the SAFE Agile framework, using three‑month Program Increments and two‑week sprints, and is distributed across Paris, Brussels, Lisbon, Mumbai, and Porto.

Role Overview

As a Senior Dev
Ops Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain automation solutions that improve the stability, scalability, and performance of risk system applications. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, testers, business analysts, and infrastructure and security teams to deliver fully automated deployment pipelines and zero‑manual intervention processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and implement software that enhances the stability, scalability, and latency of risk applications.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with an emphasis on one‑click deployments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible and Terraform.
• Manage and enhance deployment automation for Java and Python applications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in Dev
  Ops practices, standardization, and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with international teams to align on best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of Dev
  Ops experience.
• Strong expertise in Ansible for automation and configuration management.
• Proven experience with Team
  City, Maven, and Artifactory.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipeline setup for Java or Python.
• Solid Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with reverse proxy servers (e. g. , Apache HTTPD).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jenkins pipelines using Groovy scripts and shared libraries.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Python or another programming language.
• Understanding of Open
  Stack, networking, security, and storage.
• Knowledge of cloud‑native applications and cloud fundamentals (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
