Tasks

• Architect and own our CI/CD pipelines, optimizing for maximum speed and reliability
• Develop and lead the strategy for our scalable, resilient Infrastructure as Code (Ia
  C) with Ansible
• Mentor and empower teammates, setting the standard for technical excellence and collaborative
  - solving
• Proactively evolve our infrastructure, identifying and eliminating bottlenecks before they become issues
• Champion and implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies to ensure service reliability
• Master and optimize our
  - cloud environment (GCP/Hetzner) for seamless integration and performance
• Lead our automation efforts, systematically reducing manual work to accelerate the development lifecycle

Requirements

• Extensive
  - on experience (5-7+ years) in Dev
  Ops or Cloud Engineering, with a track record of leading complex projects
• Deep expertise in Python, Docker, and Linux, with proven experience managing
  - cloud infrastructure (e. g. , GCP, Hetzner, AWS)
• A strategic mindset with strong practical experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines (e. g. , Git
  Hub Actions, Jenkins)
• Mastery of Infrastructure as Code principles and tools, with a strong preference for Ansible
• A natural leader and communicator, fluent in English, with a passion for mentoring and working across teams to solve meaningful challenges
• You are pragmatic, proactive, and thrive on taking ownership in a lean, impactful Dev
  Ops environment
• Bonus: Familiarity with Odoo environments, Sentry, Sonar
  Qube, or data orchestration tools
