We are looking for an experienced Dev
Ops Architect to lead the end‑to‑end migration of a large‑scale Git
Lab ecosystem to Git
Hub. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands‑on leadership, and excellent communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration across offshore teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full migration process from Git
  Lab to Git
  Hub, including architecture design, planning, and execution.
• Design and implement robust migration strategies to ensure minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
• Collaborate with offshore Dev
  Ops teams, ensuring alignment, coordination, and effective knowledge sharing.
• Engage with stakeholders, setting clear expectations, providing regular updates, and ensuring transparency throughout the migration process.
• Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Git
  Hub Actions, promoting best practices in Dev
  Sec
  Ops.
• Contribute to automation and infrastructure management through Terraform and cloud‑native deployments.
• Promote continuous improvement, driving operational excellence across Dev
  Ops processes and tools.

Core Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Dev
  Ops, including 5+ years in an architectural leadership role.
• Proven expertise in migration projects, particularly Git
  Lab → Git
  Hub transitions.
• Deep knowledge of Git
  Hub Actions, CI/CD, and Dev
  Sec
  Ops frameworks.
• Proficient in Python, Shell scripting, YAML, and Git.
• Hands‑on experience with Terraform and cloud‑native infrastructure deployments.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure as code (Ia
  C) and automation principles.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with distributed (offshore) teams.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
