Ops Engineer to join our Consumer team. In this role, you will manage our AWS environment using infrastructure as code, evangelize best practices, promote the latest in security and observability practices throughout our processes, and help design, create, and maintain CI/CD automation processes. What You’ll Do:
- Manage AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Git
Hub Actions - Develop and maintain automation and test tools for client applications
- Engineer and automate CI/CD processes from source control management systems to drive continuous delivery of our consumer applications
- Collaborate with IT/SEC/Platform operations to maintain continuous availability and security of internal systems and support users of these systems across Dev, QA, Product Management, and Support teams
- Update documentation and runbooks as needed as processes change
- Explore new technologies and opportunities through conceptual testing
- Continue growing technical skills through continued education with trainingand certifications
- Participate in periodic
- call rotation to support our production systems
Skills You’ll Need to Have:
- BA/BS Degree in an Engineering or Computer Science related discipline, or an equivalent combination of cloud certifications and experience
- 4 years of experience in Dev
Ops, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Administration with AWS technologies including EC2, ECS, ECR, and Cloud
Watch. EKS and Cloud
Front are a plus - Strong familiarity with managing infrastructure as code using Terraform and Git
Hub - Strong development ability with a proven record of automating complex processes
- Strong experience using either Jenkins, Azure Dev
Ops or Git
Hub Actions pipelines as code - Familiarity with code compilation, code signing, and CI/CD lifecycles
- Linux system administration and container management (Docker) experience is required. Windows Server and Windows container administration are a plus
- Analytical thinking with the ability to identify, design, and implement solutions for performance and
- saving opportunities
