The Role

As a Senior Dev
Ops Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling the infrastructure and internal tooling that powers our engineering teams. You’ll focus on delivering secure, scalable, and
- friendly platform capabilities that accelerate product delivery while improving operational efficiency and resilience.

In this
- on role, you’ll work closely with engineers, architects, and
- functional partners to evolve our core platform—contributing to areas such as deployment workflows, observability, data services, and networking. You will be a strong individual contributor who also mentors others and champions best practices across the team. Your work will enable autonomy, consistency, and security across the engineering organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and implementing platform features and infrastructure that support the scalability, security, and reliability of our systems.
• Building reusable,
  - service components that abstract complexity and improve developer productivity.
• Writing
  - quality, maintainable code and applying
  -
  - code principles for repeatable, auditable changes.
• Partnering with product, security, and operations teams to align on requirements and ensure solutions meet evolving business and technical needs.
• Participating in design and architecture discussions to ensure platform scalability, reliability, and
  - term maintainability.
• Supporting incident response and contributing to
  - incident reviews and platform reliability improvements.
• Driving adoption of best practices in automation, observability, and
  -
  - default infrastructure design.
• Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a culture of learning, collaboration, and technical excellence.

What You’ll Bring

• Significant
  - on experience in platform engineering, SRE, infrastructure, or Dev
  Ops roles.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (AWS), containerization, Ia
  C (e. g. Terraform) and configuration management (e. g. Ansible).
• A strong background in system design, distributed systems, and software engineering principles.
• Experience building internal platform capabilities such as deployment systems, monitoring/observability tooling, or infrastructure automation.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles, pipeline design, and operational best practices.
• Strong
  - solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and make sound technical decisions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and disciplines.
• A mindset of ownership and continuous improvement, with a passion for creating scalable and
  - friendly systems.
