Role Description - Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain secure, resilient, and scalable network architectures across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Configure and manage networking components such as VPCs, subnets, routing, firewalls, load balancers, DNS, VPNs, and peering connections.
• Ensure network security and compliance, including IAM, policies, and
  - trust networking principles.
• Troubleshoot and optimize network performance (latency, throughput, fault tolerance).
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
• Deploy and manage containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes, and Docker Swarm) with secure networking practices.
• Automate provisioning and configuration of infrastructure and networks using Ia
  C (Terraform, Ansible, etc. ).
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate networking and Dev
  Ops best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Dev
  Ops
• Strong expertise in networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, VPNs, firewalls, routing, load balancing, and traffic management.
• Hands-on experience configuring cloud networking services (AWS VPC, Security Groups, Transit Gateway, Route 53, Azure VNets, GCP VPC, etc. ).
• Proven experience with container orchestration and networking: Kubernetes (CNI, ingress, service mesh) and Docker Swarm (overlay networks, services, ingress routing).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, or equivalent).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git
  Lab CI, Git
  Hub Actions, or similar).
• Solid understanding of security best practices in network design and implementation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and
  - solving skills across systems and networks.

NICE-TO-HAVE

• Certifications in networking or cloud (e. g. , AWS Advanced Networking, Cisco CCNP/CCIE).
• Experience with hybrid or
  - cloud connectivity.
• Familiarity with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd, Consul) and microservices communication patterns.
• Exposure to compliance standards (ISO, SOC2, GDPR) and secure network design.
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading projects with a networking focus.
