Required skills and qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Dev
  Ops
• Strong grasp on networking concepts - TCP/IP, DNS, HTTPS, VPNs, firewall, routing, load balancing and traffic management
• Hands-on experience configuring cloud networking services (AWS VPC, Security Groups, Transit Gateway, Route 53, Azure VNets, GCP VPC, etc. )
• Experience with container orchestration and networking - Kubernetes (CNI, ingress, service mesh) and Docker Swarm (overlay networks, services, ingress routing)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code - Terraform, Ansible or similar
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, or equivalent)
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git
  Lab CI, Git
  Hub Actions or related
• Solid understanding of security best practices in network design and implementation
• Troubleshooting and
  - solving skills across systems and networks
• Certifications in networking or cloud (e. g. , AWS Advanced Networking, Cisco CCNP/CCIE) are nice to have
• Experience in hybrid or
  - cloud connectivity is a nice to have
• Familiarity with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd, Consul) and microservices communication patterns is a nice to have
• Exposure to compliance standards (ISO, SOC2, GDPR) and secure network design is a nice to have
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading projects with a networking focus is a nice to have
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (at least B2 Level)
• Availability to work in a hybrid regime, in Coimbra
