What You’ll Own

Architect and automate scalable infrastructure across hybrid and cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code (Ia
C) principles.

Streamline software delivery by building and refining CI/CD pipelines that are fast, reliable, and fully automated.

Lead container orchestration efforts using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring smooth deployment and lifecycle management.

Embed security and compliance into every phase of the Dev
Ops workflow — from secrets management to hardened infrastructure.

Build observability into the core with robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems that enable rapid detection and response.

Mentor and elevate junior and
- level engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate
- functionally to align infrastructure goals with product delivery timelines and business objectives.

Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating and integrating emerging Dev
Ops tools and methodologies.

Drive strategic initiatives that transform how infrastructure is built, deployed, and maintained. What You Bring

Ia
C Mastery: Deep experience with tools like Terraform and Ansible for provisioning and managing infrastructure.

Containerization Expertise: Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes, with a strong grasp of orchestration and scaling strategies.

Security-First Mindset: Solid understanding of network security, firewalls (e. g. , iptables), WAFs (Cloudflare preferred), and Zero Trust solutions like Teleport.

CI/CD & Git
Ops Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Git
Lab CI and Argo
CD, driving automation and Git
Ops workflows.

Observability Champion: Skilled in using the Elastic Stack, Fluent
Bit, Wazuh, and Prometheus for monitoring, logging, and threat detection.

Database Savvy: Proven experience managing distributed databases such as Mongo
DB, Click
House, and Postgre
SQL clusters.

Compliance Know-How: Familiar with regulated environments (e. g. , PCI DSS), with a strong foundation in secure system design and audit readiness.

Leadership Track Record: Demonstrated ability to lead by example, set strategic direction, and execute on Dev
Ops roadmaps.

Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
