This position involves leading and scaling Dev
Ops and platform engineering practices, designing
- availability solutions, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in architecture and design of Dev
Ops platforms, proficiency with tools like Jenkins, Git
Lab, Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, and possesses strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale Dev
  Ops and platform engineering practices.
• Design and implement
  - availability solutions.
• Analyze client environments to improve efficiency through Dev
  Ops practices.
• Create adoption roadmaps based on client needs.
• Contribute to digital transformation and organizational process improvements.
• Manage infrastructure provisioning and management in cloud environments.
• Develop internal platforms and
  - service tools.
• Ensure security best practices in pipelines and infrastructure (Dev
  Sec
  Ops).
• Monitor, log, and troubleshoot systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.
• Mentor and develop technical teams.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Dev
  Ops architecture and design.
• Experience leading Dev
  Ops practices in organizations.
• Proficiency with Dev
  Ops tools and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of security best practices.
• Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Proficient in English (B2).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
• Relevant cloud certifications.

Locations:** Lisboa, Porto, Coimbra, Guarda, Covilhã, Castelo Branco.
