Job Description: Senior Dev
Ops/Platform Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Dev
Ops/Platform Engineer with the following qualifications and responsibilities:

1. 7+ years of strategic expertise in architecture and design of Dev
   Ops platforms.
2. Experience leading and scaling Dev
   Ops practices and/or platform engineering within organizations.
3. Ability to design and implement
   - availability solutions.
4. Analyze client environments to improve efficiency through Dev
   Ops practices.
5. Develop roadmaps for Dev
   Ops adoption based on client needs.
6. Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and organizational process improvements.
7. Proficiency in cloud provisioning and management (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
8. Ability to create internal platforms such as developer portals (Backstage, Port, Open
   Shift Developer Hub, or similar) and/or
   - service tools.
9. Knowledge of security best practices in pipelines and infrastructure (Dev
   Sec
   Ops).
10. Experience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or equivalents.
11. Familiarity with agile methodologies.
12. Mentoring and developing technical teams, fostering continuous learning environments.
13. Proficient in English (B2 level).
14. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
15. Relevant cloud certifications and other qualifications related to Dev
    Ops.
