Job Description

We’re a cross‑regional team reengineering a huge Java‑based application hosted on Linux servers into a microservices Kubernetes‑hosted application with a Kafka message broker to achieve a highly available, scalable and observable product aligned with established standards. We’re seeking a skilled Dev
Ops Engineer with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and 5+ years of Dev
Ops experience in banking or a similar industry.

Main Tasks

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate processes.
• Manage infrastructure, monitor system performance and stability.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to enhance system quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple environments.

Technical skills

• Unix/Bash – mastery
• Kubernetes/Docker/Kafka – expert
• Jenkins – expert
• Helm, Gradle (Groovy), Ansible, SQL, Java – practice
• Service
  Now – notions

Language Skills

• Fluent in English – mastery

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills – mastery
