We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Designer with deep experience in digital marketing design, capable of producing
- performing social and/or video marketing campaign creatives for a
- paced agency setting.

- home position as our headquarters are in the US. We do require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.

Responsibilities:

1. Design static ads, video creatives, and campaign visuals for paid and organic marketing channels (Meta, Google Display, Linked
   In, Tik
   Tok, You
   Tube, programmatic)
2. Execute creatives according to Specialist briefs, including messaging, format, CTA, and campaign objective.
3. Ensure full compliance with client brand guidelines, maintaining visual consistency across all assets.
4. Produce supporting marketing visuals (banners, carousels, story formats, thumbnails, headers) as defined in campaign briefs.
5. Maintain visual consistency across creative sets within the same campaign.
6. Adapt creatives for platform-specific requirements (sizes, ratios, safe zones,
   - first layouts).
7. Collaborate closely with Marketing Specialists, Digital Strategists, and marketing stakeholders to implement feedback accurately.
8. Manage multiple creative requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
9. Ensure creatives fully match campaign objectives, target audience and funnel stages.
10. Perform self-QA to identify and correct brand, layout, or quality issues before delivery.

Requirements:

1. 7+ years of professional design experience, with a strong focus on marketing creatives (static ads, video creatives, and
   - format campaign assets)
2. A proven portfolio demonstrating paid and organic marketing work, including ads,
   - form video creatives, and campaign visuals across digital platforms
   Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
3. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with the ability to produce
   - ready assets efficiently
4. Hands-on experience designing for multiple platforms (Meta, Google Display, Linked
   In, Tik
   Tok, You
   Tube)
5. Proven ability to manage multiple creative requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a
   - paced marketing environment
6. Strong understanding of performance marketing design
7. Excellent organizational and English communication skills
8. Experience presenting work internally and to clients
9. Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation
