Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00

We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in Google Ads and a passion for campaign optimization.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage, optimize, and analyze Google Ads campaigns for performance improvement
• Identify optimization opportunities based on KPIs and business goals
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance campaign efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across marketing initiatives
• Maintain a high level of service and communication with stakeholders
• Use
  - driven insights to continuously improve campaign results

Requirements

• German speaker
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience with Google Ads (mandatory)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Good level of English
• Ability to work in a structured, detail‑oriented, and proactive manner
